Security & Admission Guidelines for Varsity Friday Night Football
La Salle High School is excited to welcome our students, families, and visiting fans to Friday Night Football!
To ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines:

Attendance Policy
• Only students from La Salle, GGCL, GCL Co-Ed schools, or the school we are competing against are
permitted to attend.
• High school students from other schools must receive pre-approval from the Athletic Director or
Assistant Principal.
• If you require pre-approval, the Pre-Approval Form must be completed prior to game day.
o Approval notifications will be emailed by Friday morning of game day.
o Do not purchase a ticket unless you have received approval — refunds will not be issued.

Visiting School Responsibility
• A visiting school administrator is requested to be at the student gate to assist with entry. If a visiting
school administrator is unavailable, students must show a valid school ID or electronic proof of
enrollment through their schools student information system (ex: PowerSchool or Gradebook).

Entry & Admissions Procedures
• High School Students: Must enter through the gate nearest the De La Salle building at the red tent. No
re-entry for High School Students
• Grade School Students: Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. (Pre-approval is not required for
grade school students.). No re-entry for Grade School Students unless accompanied by a
parent/guardian.
• Gates close at the start of the third quarter – no admittance will be permitted after the start of the third
quarter, including if you have a ticket.
• Adult re-entry: A hand stamp is required for re-entry. All spectators re-entering must use the designated
re-entry area at the red tent.
• No re-entry for everyone after the end of the third quarter.

Stadium Policies
• No refunds will be issued for this event.
• No backpacks or large bags are permitted. (All bags are subject to search.)
• No outside food or drinks may be brought into the stadium.

Important Reminder
If you purchase a ticket but do not attend La Salle, a GGCL school, a GCL Co-Ed school, or the opponent’s
school, and you have not received prior approval, you will be denied entry and will not receive a refund.
