Future Lancer Lifting

Future Lancers Lifting Information – Class of 2030

The Future Lancers Lifting Program is designed to introduce incoming freshman student-athletes from ALL sports to La Salle Athletics and our strength and conditioning program. The goals of the program are to:

  • Teach proper weight room etiquette and lifting technique
  • Establish a baseline for strength and movement
  • Familiarize students with La Salle coaches and sports performance trainers
  • Educate participants on proper nutrition
  • Build camaraderie among classmates who will spend the next four years together
  • Introduce athletes to the recently remodeled, million-dollar Tom Doerger Memorial La Salle Weight Room

Program Schedule:
Sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30–8:00 PM.

There will be no lifting on the following dates due to spring break or on-campus events:
April 7, April 9, and May 12

February: 19, 24, 26
March: 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31
April: 2, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30
May: 5, 7, 14, 19, 21

Cost & Registration:
The one-time fee for the program is $175.00, payable through the registration link below. This fee includes access to sports performance trainers and a dry-fit lifting shirt for all participants.

While we understand that some athletes may not be able to attend every session, the program fee is fixed and cannot be prorated. Participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible.

What to Wear / Bring:
Athletes should arrive dressed in appropriate athletic shorts, a t-shirt, and athletic shoes.
Please do not bring any additional items, including electronic devices. There is no secure storage available.

Important Registration Note:
Registration for the Class of 2030 must be completed prior to registering for the Future Lancers Lifting Program.
